hello guys... hmm.. really bored day again... my office "bor cheng hu" today... haa... all havoc liao...

anyway.... had a gREAT workout today, juz ran.. now my whole body aches... had dinner @ Cocoa Palm Beach @ Kallang Leisure Park.. food was GREAT..!! if you guys are going down three, muz try the food... the "Mee Goreng" was especially nice...
