Wondering....

Hmm.. Been wondering how.. why.. what's the purpose of a human in this world... is it to make alot of money.?? or friends??? or to be rich and powerful?? or.. to experience God's grace and mercy??

I choose to believe in the last option.. Why?? There are so many things in life to do than to worry about God.. why choose to experience God's grace and mercy??

I've learnt.. that friends come and go... There are certain friends whom you hold closely to your heart, your soul, your mind, your prayers, your thoughts.. These are the ones who are your true friends.. I've never believed in friendships after what i've gone through in school.. The education system doesn't allow you to do so... But out of school, out of work, you'll find that the ones whom you truely love and hold close to you are the ones who you will turn to in times of distress, and who will definately help you.. But.. i'm not saying that all will be the same.. No.. each friend will have a specific purpose and reason...

The family unit is the most important factor for anyone who has the privilege of having a family.. Yes.. there may be quarrels, fights, disagreements.. But.. God has made a purpose for all these actions.. To grow stronger and learn to accept each other's faults and strengths... Love your family as God has loved us as his brides...

Recently, a certain brother of mine (you know who you are) wrote that it's hard to bid goodbye.. It's never easy to part, but look on the bright side.. There's always the mailbox/post and the telephone for the old fashioned... MSN/YahooMsgr/ICQ or email for the average techhie, and the Webcam/webphone for the super geeks.. Sometimes, seperation is good in the sense that it gives you space to look for other friends, or to rekindle your friendship with others whom you've negleted...

I am a people's person too.. That explains my personality that i like to meet new people, talk to suppliers on telephone, getting quotations, etc.. It's fun for me to go interact with others in this capacity.. However, on the other hand, i'm extremely shy too.. true to a cancerian trait, i love to hide in my shell... Hmm.. Totally opposite to what i like to do.. Sometimes, i force to bite my pride/thinking (whatever you call it) to talk to others.. Maybe that's why i'm still single.. no courage to ask others out...

There was this testimony which a sister in church shared.. She had experienced God's love tremendously, in the sense that, she had multiple slip discs on her neck, but after countless prayers and intercessions from the church in melbourne, her MRI changed from one which is almost beyond cure to one who had hardly any symptoms of slip disc... How wonderful and powerful prayer is...

I think that it's often God's grace that I've known him personally.. It was He who comforted me when i was down, picked me up when i fell, and made His presence felt when i am lonely.. Especially here in Australia.. It all seems that everything falls into place.. It's amazing to see how his plan for me unfold slowly to me.. From A levels, to Army, to Australia.. He provided avenues for me when i couldn't cope.. (Eg. A slip disc might be mishap for many, but for me, it was a blessing in disguise... Our father knew i will never be able to suffer and take all the stress of NS that he gave me that condition, so as to get into a vocation more suited to my kind of condition... He also opened up the way to a university education, with my "cannot make it" grades... He put me in a good family whom had good financial plannings, so as to be able to see me through university... He gave me other friends who really care, unlike those made in school...)

There are so many instances where the Lord has given and blessed me.. I hope what i've wrote will touch someone oneday... My testimony, which is written, and constantly updated.. and that it will encourage others too..

He lives and provides to our every needs.

God Bless..
